Meet Team Keagy

	Phil Keagy is no newcomer to the area. Born in Ft. Lauderdale in 1949, he has spent virtually his whole life in the Southeast Rio Vista & Las Olas areas. He knows these neighborhoods best…he has lived there for over 55 years! As a graduate of the University of Miami, he went on to become a commercial pilot until focusing on a career in real estate in 1982. Phil is also Vice Chairman of the Master Brokers Forum (MBF) which is a society of the top 250 realtors in Broward County. Keep in mind Broward County currently has over 8,000 active real estate agents, lending to the exclusivity of this organization. Phil has been awarded Prudential’s Chairman’s Circle, which represents the top echelon of Prudential real estate brokers/agents, for the past 10 years in a row. In addition, Phil received the “Legends” award, one of the most coveted designations Prudential Real Estate bestows upon its agents. 	Born and raised in the Virginia Beach, VA area, Ralph is the administrative part of the team. He moved to Ft. Lauderdale in 1982 and considers this paradise. He has background in retail and resort front desks. His attention to supportive details, the legal paperwork associated with real estate and customer service, allows Phil and the other team members the time to concentrate on excellent personal service.
